If you're looking for information, a stroller, walker, wheelchair, or Gift Certificates, our Guest Services Centre can help!  Visit us in person across from Laura/Laura Petites and beside Sophia Jewellers or call us at (519) 894-2450.

 

Community Kiosk Info
Want to promote an upcoming community event?  Registered Charities can contact Leah Landriault, Marketing Coordinator at 519-894-2450 ext. 226 for Community Kiosk display times and availabilty.  There is no fee to use our Community Centre, however, you will be required to provide your own insurance of $5 million in liability. 


First Aid Equipment
All of our Staff have CPR Training and our Security Team are Safety Trained for emergency situations. Even if you simply need a bandaid, just contact our Guest Services Centre and you will be immediately assisted.

Lost and Found
If you have lost or found an item during your visit to Fairview Park, please contact our Guest Services Centre at 519-894-2450 and someone will assist you immediately. Also, you can check with The Bay (519-894-1111), Sears (519-894-2300) or Walmart (519-894-6600) for lost items.


Mall Walk Program
Organized by the City of Kitchener, join our membership program and enjoy walking around the mall for a great, safe, always comfortable exercise environment. Our mall walkers are hot to trot with over 300 members! Our doors open at 7:00 a.m. every morning! There are some really special people that help organize a Christmas Dinner and a Salvation Army Toy Drive every year for the membership!


Taxi (complimentary call)
Contact our Guest Services Centre and they will call a cab for your convenience

 

Wheelchair, Walkers and Stroller Loans
Fairview Park provides these complimentary for our customers. We simply ask that you fill out a waiver with the information from one piece of identification which we will give back upon return of the loaned item.
