This opportunity is provided free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis to registered charities that are able to provide a government-sanctioned charitable number. First Aid Equipment
All of our Staff have CPR Training and our Security Team are Safety Trained for emergency situations. Even if you simply need a bandaid, just contact our Guest Services Centre and you will be immediately assisted.

Lost and Found
If you have lost or found an item during your visit to Fairview Park, please contact our Guest Services Centre at 519-894-2450 and someone will assist you immediately.
Also, you can check with The Bay (519-894-1111), Sears (519-894-2300) or Walmart (519-894-6600) for lost items.
Mall Walk Program
Join over 300 active walkers in a safe and comfortable exercise environment organized by The City of Kitchener. Our doors open at 7:00 am Monday through Saturday and at 10:00am on Sunday.

Simple copies can be purchased for a nominal fee:
Black and White: $0.15 each page / 100 or more $0.10 each page
Colour: $0.50 each page / 100 or more $0.40 each page

Complementary Wheelchair, Walkers and Stroller Loans
Guest Services is pleased to announce the arrival of our new “Cuddle Carts”. These new carts will replace our green strollers. This service remains complimentary and will enhance the shopping experience for our young guests and their parents.
